Global Health, Global Ethics, Global Justice

The theme of the Global Summit 2016 was "Global Health, Global Ethics, Global Justice". The theme has been chosen to illustrate the global dimension of decisions about health and health care and its interconnected nature with ethical considerations and questions of justice. The aim of the 11th Global Summit was to discuss all three topics in an interdisciplinary and international context and to offer solutions to problems at the global, regional and local level.

Thematic Focus

In terms of content, the Global Summit 2016 was divided into two streams that covered topics of global relevance with one stream focusing on cross border issues and another stream looking at issues that are common to all countries.
